Requirements

• A degree in accounting
• 5-8 years of professional experience

Position Overview

The Civil Engineer has responsible to ensure successful, cost effective and timely implementation of project deliveriesconducting feasibility studies, liaising with the authorities and co-ordinate well with consultants and contractors. The Civil Manager has also responsible to monitor/oversee performance of contractors and review architectural and engineering drawing to ensure all specifications and regulations are being followed. Position Overview

The M&E Engineer has responsible to review of electrical/mechanical design of selected sub-projects and provision of advice for their improvement from a technical Viewpoint.The M&E Engineer has also responsible to assist in preparing standard technical specifications for construction and procurement work. Review cost estimation of sub-projects:Price analysis by classification of labor, material, equipment etc. Prepare of a financing schedule for respective sub-projects and sectors. Able to Evaluate and necessary modification detailed design documents and drawings. Assist in construction supervision works related to electrical and mechanical fields.
– Assistance in monitoring and evaluation of electrical/mechanical works including construction progress control, quality control and quantity control in the water supply sector. Prepare, evaluate and finalize Operation and Maintenance Manual of electric/mechanical facilities. Assist in trial operation and maintenance, to be conducted according to the Operation and Maintenance Manual. Assist in disseminating lessons from the trial activities and explain about Operation and Maintenance Manual to other project-related team.

Position Overview

The position has responsible to install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components. Review building plans and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing and materials. Identify required tools and special equipment. Select the type of size of pipe required. Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures. Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment. Assemble and install valves and fittings. 8. Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping and controls. Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems. Install, repair and maintain water heaters and conditioners. . Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim. Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements. May be called out at odd hours or have to work long hours in case of emergency. May beto work in and out of state.Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive. Mentors follow employees to enhance their skill sets.
